More on the Wine

The grapes were handpicked at the optimum stage of maturity, sorted out on the table, crushed, fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (22°C) and then pressed. After the end of malolactic fermentation, settling and racking, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.

Best paired with red meat dishes such as steaks, ribs, various types of ham, and smoked meats.
