More on the Wine

The grapes were handpicked at the optimum stage of maturity, sorted out on the table, crushed, “cold-soaked” (12 h, 4 °C) and then pressed. After settling and racking, the must was fermented in temperature-controlled (17 °C) stainless steel tanks, then aged on a thin layer of lees with periodical stirring for 3 months.

The wine is well-combined with seafood, fish dishes, various types of salads with veg.
