More on the Wine

A local grape variety that is suited to the local terroir. During the grape growing green harvesting takes place to increase the concentration and quality of the remaining bunches.

The wine is made with littler intervention using indigenous yeasts and is ages at least one year of before release and goes through no filtration and no stabilisation.

The wine is perfect aperitif and well matched with seafood and salads.

Growing Vines on an Ex-military Training Grounds

The construction of the Frumushika-Nova farm began in the summer of 2006 on the site of the Moldavian villages of Frumushika-Nova and Roshiia, which were evicted in the spring of 1946 due to the creation of a military training ground. Carefully and ambitiously transformed by entreprenuer and sheep farmed Alexander Palariev, the vineyards and winery are part of a bigger mission to revitalise the area.
