More on this wine

Made from Pinotage grapes hand-harvested from sustainably managed vineyards grown in Swartland within South Africa's Western Cape. The vibrant pink juice is allowed to begin fermentation spontaneously without the addition of commercial yeasts and bottled whilst still fermenting resulting in a playful spritz in the wine.

A fresh and easy style that's perfect for a barbecue. Best enjoyed nicely chilled with some sunshine and a few nibbles like charcuterie, barbecued prawns or crudités.
