This fruity blend of Merlot, Tannat and Malbec that originates from the Península de Setúbal region in Portugal.

Grapes are picked during the first week of September undergo an 8 day maceration process, followed by fermentation in wine press cement mills at a controlled temperature of 22°C.

It pairs with roast chicken, game, pork, vegetable tart and rich seafood dishes.
