Banana Manhattan

Stateless Banana Whiskey brings playful and flavorful twist on the classic. A sip of modern mixology with a hint of whimsy. A banana doesn't work out a suitable garnish so it's best to stick with a cherry.


  • 60 ml Stateless Banana Whiskey
  • 30 ml sweet vermouth
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish
  • Ice cubes


  1. Chill the Glass:
    Place a martini or rocks glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients:
    Measure 60 ml of Stateless Banana Whiskey, 30 ml of sweet vermouth, and add a dash of Angostura bitters.
  3. Stir in a Mixing Glass:
    Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
    Pour the whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into the mixing glass.
  4. Stir Well:
    Stir the ingredients gently but thoroughly for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix.
  5. Strain into the Glass:
    Remove the ice from the chilled glass.
    Strain the stirred mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  6. Garnish with a Cherry:
    Add a maraschino cherry to the cocktail for a sweet and fruity garnish.
  7. Serve:
    Present your Banana Manhattan and enjoy the delightful combination of bourbon and banana in this unique twist on the classic cocktail!
