Our vibrant and fresh grapefruit vodka is used here to revitalise the classic Venetian Spritz.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Sphere Vodka Grapefruit
- 15 ml Lillet Blanc
- 5 ml Aperol
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- Franklin & Sons Mandarin and Ginger Soda
- Grapefruit slice to garnish
Method
- Combine: add Sphere Vodka Grapefruit, Lillet Blanc, Aperol and lemon juice to a large wine glass over ice.
- Top: pour Franklin & Sons Mandarin and Ginger Soda and give it a quick stir.
- Garnish: add a thick slice of fresh grapefruit.
- Enjoy this refreshing drink!
