Cucumber Crush

A delightful blend of herbal basil, cool cucumber, and the aroma-packed ISH London Botanical. Perfect for a summer day or as a crisp and revitalising cocktail that you can enjoy without worrying about the alcohol.


  • 50 ml ISH Non Alcoholic London Botanical
  • 6 slices cucumber
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 25 ml simple syrup
  • 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Soda water
  • Cucumber ribbon and basil sprig for garnish


  1. Muddle Cucumber and Basil:
    In a shaker, muddle 6 slices of cucumber and 6 fresh basil leaves.
  2. Add ISH London Botanical, Simple Syrup, and Lime Juice:
    Pour in 50 ml of ISH London Botantical, 25 ml of simple syrup, and 25 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice into the shaker.
  3. Shake Well:
    Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to infuse the flavors.
  4. Strain into Glass:
    Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
    Strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Top with Soda Water:
    Top the cocktail with soda water for a refreshing effervescence.
  6. Stir Gently:
    Give the ingredients a gentle stir to mix the flavors.
  7. Garnish:
    Garnish the cocktail with a cucumber ribbon and a sprig of basil.
  8. Serve:
