Ingredients
- 60 ml Hardaker’s Dark Rum
- 100 ml ginger beer
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedge for garnish
Method
- Prepare: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour: Measure and pour 60 ml of Hardaker’s Dark Rum over the ice.
- Add lime juice: Squeeze 15 ml of fresh lime juice into the glass.
- Top: Pour 100 ml of ginger beer over the rum and lime juice.
- Stir: Mix ingredients gently to mix the flavours.
