Elderflower Gin Cocktail

A delicious and aromatic fusion of botanical gin, the floral elegance of elderflower, and the citrusy zing of fresh lemon. It is the perfect sunset sipper.


  • 50 ml Café del Mar Gin
  • 25 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Mediterranean tonic water
  • Lemon slice for garnish
  • Ice cubes


  1. Prepare the Glass:
    Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Gin:
    Measure and pour 50 ml of Café del Mar Gin over the ice.
  3. Add Elderflower Liqueur:
    Add 25 ml of elderflower liqueur to the gin.

    Top with tonic water and garnish the cocktail with a few slices of lemon.
