Ingredients
- 50 ml Equiano Original Rum
- 200 ml ginger beer
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 Lime wedge and a twist of orange peel for garnish
Method
- Prepare the Glass:
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the Rum:
Measure and pour 50 ml of Equiano Original Rum over the ice.
- Add Fresh Lime Juice:
Squeeze fresh lime juice and add 15 ml to the glass.
- Top with Ginger Beer:
Pour 200 ml of ginger beer into the glass, creating a layered effect.
- Stir Gently:
Give the ingredients a gentle stir to mix the flavours.
- Garnish:
Garnish your Gold and Stormy with a lime wedges and a twist of orange peel.
