Mexican Mary

This non alcoholic take on a Bloody Maria offers that peppery agave twist to the classic and iconic Bloody Mary. Perfect for brunch or any time you crave a savory, spicy sip.


  • 50 ml ISH Non Alcholic Mexican Agave
  • 150 ml tomato juice
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • A few dashes of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Ice cubes
  • Celery stick and lime wedge for garnish


  1. Prepare the Glass:
    Rim a highball glass with lime and dip it in celery salt.
  2. Build the Base:
    Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add ISH Mexican Agave:
    Pour 50 ml of ISH Mexican Agave over the ice.
  4. Mix the Flavors:
    Add 150 ml of tomato juice, 15 ml of fresh lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and black pepper to the glass.
  5. Stir Well:
    Stir the ingredients thoroughly to combine the flavors.
  6. Adjust Seasoning:
    Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more hot sauce or spices to your liking.
  7. Garnish:
    Garnish the Mexican Mary with a celery stick and a lime wedge.
  8. Serve:
    Present your riff on a bloody Maria and enjoy the zesty and a kick of spice, not alcohol.
