One-Eyed Mojito

A tropical classic with a fiery twist.
Ingredients
- 50 ml One-Eyed Rebel
- 10 ml orange juice
- 10 ml lemon and lime oleo
- 3 orange wheels
- 10 mint leaves
- Soda
Method
- Make oleo: combine the fresh peel of two lemons and two limes in a bowl with 100g of sugar, mix well, cover and leave for an hour or more. Remove the peels and reserve the oleo.
- Prepare: muddle the mint and orange wheels with oleo and orange juice.
- Combine: add crushed ice and One-Eyed Rebel rum and then churn. Add more crushed ice and top with soda.
- Add: crown with more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Enjoy this fiery drink!
