Make oleo: combine the fresh peel of two lemons and two limes in a bowl with 100g of sugar, mix well, cover and leave for an hour or more. Remove the peels and reserve the oleo.
Prepare: muddle the mint and orange wheels with oleo and orange juice.
Combine: add crushed ice and One-Eyed Rebel rum and then churn. Add more crushed ice and top with soda.
Add: crown with more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
