Rhubarb Ruin cocktail

A tart, sweet floral indulgence in every sip!

Ingredients

  • 25 ml CooJ’N Gin
  • 37.5 ml Sgriob-ruadh’s Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur (or good quality rhubarb liqueur)
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 7.5 ml simple sugar syrup
  • Cawston Press Apple & Elderflower juice

Method

  1. Combine: pour CooJ’N Gin, Sgriob-ruadh’s Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur, fresh lemon juice and simple sugar syrup in a gin glass filled with ice.
  2. Add: top with Cawston Press Apple & Elderflower juice.
  3. Garnish: add with a lemon wedge or lemon twist.
  4. Enjoy this incredibly refreshing cocktail bursting with tangy rhubarb!
