MediumRosé Gin Strawberry Smash
Deliciously light, subtly sweet and packed with fruity, floral aromas. The perfect cocktail for evoking a little summer.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Vitoria Regia Organic Rosé Gin
- 4 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
- Strawberry slices for garnish
Method
- Prepare the Glass:
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Muddle Strawberries:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh strawberries with simple syrup.
- Add Rosé Gin and Lime Juice:
Pour in 50 ml of Vitoria Regia Organic Rosé Gin and 25 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice to the shaker.
- Shake Well:
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to infuse the flavors.
- Strain into the Glass:
Strain the strawberry-infused mixture into the highball glass over ice.
- Top with Soda Water:
Fill the glass with soda water to your desired level.
- Garnish:
