This cocktail is a refreshing blend of the citrusy brightness of fresh lemon and the distinct character of cachaça, creating a vibrant and flavourful experience.


  • 50 ml Yaguara Organic Cachaça Still Strength
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Ice cubes


  1. Chill the Glass:
    Place a rocks glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients:
    Measure 50 ml of Yaguara Organic Cachaça Still Strength, 25 ml of fresh lemon juice, and 15 ml of simple syrup.
  3. Stir in a Mixing Glass:
    Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
    Pour the cachaça, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the mixing glass.
  4. Stir Well:
    Stir the ingredients gently but thoroughly for about 15-20 seconds to chill and blend the flavors.
  5. Strain into the Glass:
    Remove the ice from the chilled rocks glass.
    Strain the stirred mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.
    Garnish with Lemon Zest:
    Express the oil from a lemon zest over the drink by giving it a twist.
    Optionally, drop the lemon zest into the cocktail for added aroma.
  6. Serve:
    Present your zesty Cachaça cocktail, stirred to perfection, and enjoy the smooth and citrusy nuances.
