The Skara Braemble

This yummy and refreshing cocktail will cool you down on a warm summer day. The zingy lemon and creamy ingredients delightfully elevate the Scottish rhubarb in our zesty Rhubarb Old Tom.


  • 60 ml Rhubarb Old Tom
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml rhubarb syrup
  • 15 ml crème de mûre


  1. Combine: add Rhubarb Old Tom, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.
  2. Shake: shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Top: pour crème de mûre on top.
  4. Garnish: add a chunk of fresh rhubarb.
  5. Enjoy this sweet and tangy drink!
