Dima's vodka was developed to showcase the incredible vodka making ability in Ukraine as well as to promote the amazing culture and traditions, which include the ingenious habit of eating pickles with your vodka, and the toast that means so much more than just "Cheers", Budmo!
It took a lot of recipes (38!) to get the right balance and flavour profile to live up to this. The final blend is a mix of barley, wheat and rye, which gives vodka a richer and more rounded flavour profile, crystal-clear clarity and an enviable velvety smoothness.
