Pink Gin Strawberry Spritz
A delicate fusion of Hardaker's Pink Gin, fresh strawberries and a zesty lemon twist.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Hardaker’s Pink Gin
- 5 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
Method
- Prepare strawberries: Hull and slice the fresh strawberries.
- Muddle strawberries: In a shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries.
- Add gin: Pour 50 ml of Hardaker’s Pink Gin into the shaker.
- Sweeten: Add 10 ml of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Add citrus twist: Squeeze 15 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice into the mix.
- Shake: Fill the shaker with ice cubes, secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain: Strain the mixture into a wine glass or a spritz glass filled with ice cubes.
- Pour: Pour sparkling water into the glass to add some fizz. Adjust the amount based on your preference.
- Garnish: Top with a fresh strawberry slice.Sit back and enjoy this refreshing spritz!
