This Vinho Verde is produced from Alvarihno grapes from the famed Minho region of Portugal.The grapes were picked during September in the vineyards and transported carefully, where they are fermented for 3-4 weeks under controlled temperature.The wine is aged in fine casks for at least 4 months for a subtle woody note and ample texture.It pairs with fish, seafood and light cheeses.
